1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and acv99 ("acv99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the acv99 website, all associated services, games, promotions, and any related content accessible at acv99.org and its associated domains.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the acv99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the acv99 platform. acv99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on acv99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform. acv99 may request documentary evidence to verify any eligibility condition at any time. Failure to satisfy any condition, or providing false information, will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of funds.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. acv99 applies strict age verification procedures and will suspend any account where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own identity, and using payment methods registered in your own name. Playing on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of acv99 or any company affiliated with acv99.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-applied via acv99 tools or applied by a third-party responsible gaming programme, that remains active at the time of registration or use.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.

4. Account Registration & Security

Each player may register one account only. Registration requires a valid mobile number (for SMS verification), a unique password, and accurate personal information. acv99 uses a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify account holder identity. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method verification documents at any point during your use of the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. acv99 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your login details. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact acv99 support immediately and change your password. acv99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your account for additional security.

• You must not share your acv99 account credentials with any other person. Sharing login details, permitting another person to access your account, or accessing another person's account is a material breach of these Terms.
• acv99 may suspend or close any account at its sole discretion if it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
• acv99 may place a temporary hold on account withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering (AML) measure applied in accordance with responsible gaming best practices.
• Upon account closure (whether voluntary or by acv99 action), any remaining real-money balance that has cleared all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

acv99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All supported payment methods — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, internet banking via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, as well as Visa and Mastercard — are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

acv99 processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of the request being submitted, subject to verification status. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. acv99 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction fees in accordance with its own terms.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. acv99 will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts and will return any such funds where technically possible.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a payment method in your own name that has been verified by the acv99 compliance team.
• acv99 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal over a specified threshold. The current threshold is displayed in your account's verification section.
• Deposits made using bonus or promotional codes from third-party affiliate sites are subject to the specific terms attached to those codes. acv99 is not responsible for inaccurate bonus code information published on third-party websites.
• acv99 operates anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with responsible financial practice. Any transaction flagged as potentially suspicious will be subject to a compliance review, during which the relevant funds will be held pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

acv99 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin promotions, and seasonal promotional events to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which are published on the promotions page at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real-money funds deposited to your account are used first when placing wagers; bonus funds are applied once the real-money balance reaches zero, subject to any game weighting rules applicable to the active bonus. Once all wagering requirements attached to a bonus have been met, the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real-money funds, subject to any maximum withdrawal cap stated in the promotion terms.

• acv99 bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Players who demonstrate patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will have their bonus access restricted and may have their accounts reviewed.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the standard wagering-completion process.
• acv99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms under which it was originally awarded.
• Seasonal promotions (Eid, BPL, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, T20 World Cup) are time-limited offers. Once the promotional period ends, unclaimed bonus offers will expire and cannot be retroactively applied.
• If acv99 identifies that a bonus has been awarded in error or as a result of a technical fault, acv99 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus amount from the player's balance regardless of any wagers already placed using those funds, provided that real-money funds deposited by the player are not affected.

7. Responsible Gaming

acv99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. acv99 provides a suite of self-management tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity, and our support team is trained to respond to responsible gaming requests promptly and without judgement.

Players aged 21 and above may access the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings at any time. Requests to activate these tools will be processed within 24 hours. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation.

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your acv99 account. Once set, limits can only be decreased immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits — set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. You will receive a notification when your session limit is approaching, and the session will end automatically once the limit is reached.
• Cooling-off period — take a temporary break from acv99 for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers. Your account and balance are preserved for when the period ends.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from acv99. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration selected. During self-exclusion, your account is closed, no new accounts may be opened, and acv99 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to you.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the acv99 platform. acv99 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to void any associated wagers, and to withhold any funds pending investigation. acv99 may also report conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud, collusion, chip-dumping, or any deliberate attempt to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or the acv99 platform's systems. This includes using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or using another person's account or payment method to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or responsible gaming tools.
• Money laundering — using acv99 to process, layer, or conceal the proceeds of criminal activity. Any deposits suspected of originating from illegal sources will be held pending investigation and reported to relevant financial authorities.
• Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communication directed at acv99 staff, other players, or any third party associated with the platform, whether via live chat, email, or any other channel.
• Exploitation of software errors, display errors, or technical faults to place wagers or claim winnings that would not have been available absent the error. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical fault may be voided by acv99.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the acv99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of acv99 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the acv99 platform for personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the acv99 platform without prior written consent from acv99. Unauthorised use of acv99 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, acv99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the acv99 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or failure of game software to perform as expected. acv99's total liability to any player in connection with any event shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

acv99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party payment processing delays, or circumstances beyond acv99's reasonable control (including network outages, Acts of God, or government-imposed restrictions) may cause temporary service interruptions. acv99 will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance via the platform where reasonably practicable.

11. Amendments to These Terms

acv99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, acv99 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the acv99 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the acv99 platform and may close your account by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure, net of applicable wagering requirements, will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. acv99 operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market and applies responsible gaming and financial conduct standards consistent with international best practice for online gaming operators. In the event of a dispute between a player and acv99, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. acv99 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, acv99 may, at its discretion, refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process.
